I think I’m going to quote hilarious/ridiculous/otherwise noteworthy things I hear on my day-to-day in the hospital. Orientation and our deans provided a good number of them…but I’m forgetting the context so they’re not as funny to recount on here.
On Tuesday, I’ll report for duty for the first time as a third year medical student on my Surgery rotation…I’ve never been more excited and terrified at the same time, added to waiting for my Step 1 scores. It sucks but anybody in my shoes knows the feeling well.
I’m going to have patients. MY patients.
Holy crap.
Jealousy.
Studying for the Boards = no bueno.
